We are flexible regarding how and when we schedule these sessions. Typically, we schedule ongoing sessions at organizations, enabling participants to continue to ‘sharpen their saw’ and practice mindfulness and effectivity in various ways.

THIS IS A CORE SKILL THAT IS CRITICAL TO SUCCESS.

 

The class will have 3 parts:

         Instruction on powerful concentration meditation practice

         Practice meditation on concentration

         Exercise practically applying this concentration at work

 

Instruction on powerful concentration meditation practice

 

In this part of the presentation, Len will discuss what mediation is, how it can help, and how to practice. He will share insights on the various types of meditation and then focus on one particular style of meditation with instructions on how to make the most out of this meditation practice.

 

Practice meditation on concentration

 

We will then practice one or more meditation practices with some guidance and some of it in silence. This will provide allow participants to deepen their mindfulness. The meditation practices may include both sitting and moving meditation.

 

Application of meditation to the workplace

​

Applying the practice to work is key, so in this part we will then apply these meditative mindfulness practices, using an interactive exercise, to an area in the workplace such as effective listening and/or problem-solving.
